We offer professional hand-lettering tailored to your needs. Please select the appropriate calligraphy tier when ordering:

• Basic Calligraphy: Perfect for a single First Name + a simple elegant symbol (like a leaf or heart).
• Medium Calligraphy: Ideal for detailed text. Includes Title (e.g., Groom/Bride) + Name + Date + decorative symbols (heart/leaf).
• Premium Calligraphy: Ideal for detailed thank you notes, full guest names, venue details, or RSVP information.

How to Submit Your Custom Text

• For Small Orders: Please type your required names or text directly into the personalization box above the "Add to Cart" button. Please remember to specify your ink color choice!
• For Large/Event Orders: Leave the personalization box blank. Place your order for the total quantity needed, then email your guest list (Excel or Word format) to sissishu@outlook.com. Please include your Order Number in the email subject line and specify your chosen ink color.

Can I choose the ink color?
Yes! We offer professional hand-lettering in gorgeous, opaque Gold, Silver, White, Blue, Green, and Pink ink. These beautiful inks stand out perfectly against our premium cardstock and translucent vellum.

When should I order place cards for my wedding?
We recommend placing your order at least 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. This ensures plenty of time for hand-lettering, international shipping, and any last-minute guest list additions!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because personalized and calligraphed items are custom-made specifically for your event, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, if anything arrives broken, please record an unboxing video when you open your package and email it with your order number to sissishu@outlook.com. You can then choose either a refund or a replacement for the broken items.
