About the Agate Slices
Are the agate slices real natural stones?
Yes, absolutely! We use 100% genuine geode slices. Our classic Grey/White option is the stone's original, un-altered color. Our vibrant options (like Emerald Green, Blue, Pink, etc.) are expertly dyed to enhance their stunning natural internal banding and crystal formations.
Will my agate slices look exactly like the photos?
Because these are products of nature, no two slices are exactly alike! You can expect beautiful, organic variations in size, shape, color tone, and internal crystal structures. Small natural characteristics, such as growth marks or irregular edges, are what make your pieces truly one-of-a-kind.
I noticed a tiny hole on the gold-plated edge. Is this normal?
Yes! Because natural agate is non-conductive, a tiny, discreet pinhole must be created on the edge to allow for the gold electroplating process. It is a completely normal hallmark of authentic electroplated stone.
About Custom Calligraphy & Orders
How do I submit the names for my place cards?
- For Small Orders: You can type the names directly into the personalization box on the product page before adding to your cart.
- For Large Orders: To make it easier for you, simply place the order for the total quantity you need. Then, email your guest list (in Excel or Word format) to sissishu@outlook.com with your Order Number in the subject line.
When should I order place cards for my wedding?
We recommend placing your order at least 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. This ensures plenty of time for hand-lettering, international shipping, and any last-minute guest list additions!
Can I choose the ink color?
Yes! We currently offer gorgeous, opaque Gold ink and crisp White ink. Both stand out beautifully against the natural polish of the agate stones.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because personalized and calligraphed items are custom-made specifically for your event, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, if your items arrive damaged in transit, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will make it right! (For blank, non-customized agate slices, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions).
