1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of knocknockart.com and to any purchase from KNOCKNOCK ART ("we," "us," "our"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

2. Products

  • Natural variation. Agate is a natural stone. Every slice varies in size, shape, banding, color tone, and crystal formation, so the pieces you receive will not match product photos exactly. Small natural marks and irregular edges are normal and are not defects.
  • Dyed colors. Only our grey white agate is undyed. All other colors are genuine agate, color-dyed.
  • Gold-plated edges. A tiny pinhole on the gold-plated edge is a normal part of the electroplating process and is not a defect.
  • Sizes are approximate, as listed on each product page (for example, 2.5–3.5").

3. Custom orders

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, spelling, and other details you send us (through the guest list link or by email). We letter exactly what you provide.
  • Custom hand-lettered items are final sale. See our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD).
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
  • We do our best to display product details and prices accurately but don't guarantee the site is free of errors, and we may correct errors at any time.

5. Shipping, returns & damage

Processing times, shipping rates, returns, and damage claims are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photos, text, designs, and calligraphy samples, belongs to KNOCKNOCK ART or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

7. Your use of the site

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, interfere with its security or operation, or submit content that is false, offensive, or infringes anyone's rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses caused by shipping or customs delays. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
