All orders ship from China.
Processing time (before your order ships)
Every order is prepared by hand, so please allow time for us to get it ready. Processing times are in calendar days:

Delivery time
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States & Canada: 8–14 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- Asia (most countries): 5–8 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees, so please order well ahead of your event date. We recommend ordering at least 6–8 weeks before your event to leave time for lettering, shipping, and last-minute guest list changes.

If your country isn't listed, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please include a phone number at checkout to help the delivery go smoothly.
