Welcome to our Shipping Information page! We know that receiving your custom pieces on time is crucial for your special event. Below you will find details about our processing times and shipping policies.

1. How long does shipping take?
Once your order is crafted and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 8 - 14 business days
- Europe: 6 - 12 business days
- Asia (Most Countries): 5 - 8 business days
Please note: These are estimated delivery times. We highly recommend ordering well in advance if you have a strict event deadline. Besides, please kindly leave your phone number to ensure the smooth progress of transportation.
2. What is your processing time?
Because each piece is hand-selected and custom-lettered, we require time to perfect your order before shipping. Our processing times vary by order size:
- Blank Agate Orders: Dispatched within 2 business days.
- Custom Calligraphy (Under 50 pcs): Dispatched within 3 - 5 business days.
- Custom Calligraphy (50 to 100 pcs): Dispatched in approx. 7 business days.
- Custom Calligraphy (100 to 200 pcs): Dispatched in approx. 10 business days.
(For orders exceeding 200 pieces, please contact us directly for an accurate timeline).
3. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your beautiful stones all the way to your doorstep.
4. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
